Title 16 › Chapter 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter LX— NATIONAL MILITARY PARKS › § 424a–3
Up to 100 acres north of Fort Oglethorpe’s current south line and west from its southeast corner will be added to the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park when a notice is published. The head of the General Services Administration and the Director of the National Park Service must agree on the exact boundaries. After GSA gives NPS a written legal description and map, NPS will publish the notice in the Federal Register and the land becomes part of the park on the date that notice appears.
