Makes it a crime to deliberately damage, destroy, remove, or deface monuments, statues, memorials, protective fences or railings, plantings (trees, bushes, shrubs), timber, battle relics, or old battlefield defenses and earthworks that were placed on battlefield grounds by lawful authority. Removing timber, relics, or trees is allowed only with permission from the Secretary of the Interior. If convicted, the offender must pay a fine of not less than $5 and not more than $100 for each offense.
