The Secretary of the Interior must control Sequoia National Park and set rules to manage it. The rules must protect trees, minerals, and natural features and keep them natural. The Secretary may lease small plots (up to 5 acres) for visitor buildings for up to 10 years. Lease money and other park income must pay for park upkeep and roads. He must stop commercial or wanton killing of fish and game, remove trespassers, and enforce this law and section 41.
