The Secretary of the Interior can transfer two small pieces of Vicksburg National Military Park land. One is three and one-tenth acres, more or less, to the city of Vicksburg for school use (the city now has a revocable permit through its board of education). The other is one and thirty-two hundredths acres, more or less, to the Mississippi State Highway Commission for a weighing station (it now has a revocable permit). He may set whatever terms and conditions he thinks are needed. In exchange, the city and the Highway Commission must give the United States land or rights from among tracts 199, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, and 216 on map Numbered NMP–VIC–7007. The exchanged land or rights must be mutually agreed and approximately equal in value to what the United States receives in each transfer.
