§430h–2 Exchange of Certain Lands Authorized

Summary

The Secretary of the Interior may transfer to the city of Vicksburg for school use a tract of park land containing three and one‑tenth acres, more or less, and may transfer to the Mississippi State Highway Commission for a weighing‑station site a tract containing one and thirty‑two hundredths acres, more or less; both tracts are now under cancelable permits. In return, the city and the commission must transfer to the United States, for the park, land or interests from tracts 199, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, and 216 on map Numbered NMP–VIC–7007 that are mutually agreed and approximately equal in value.
