Money may be provided: up to $3,525,000 to buy land and up to $500,000 to build essential public facilities. Within three years from October 21, 1976, the Secretary must make and send to the U.S. Congressional Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs a final master plan for developing the battlefield that follows the preservation goals in sections 430j–430m and 430o–430s. The plan must show what visitor health, safety, and interpretive facilities are needed, where each would go and how much each will cost, and any future facility needs.
