Creates Pipestone National Monument in Pipestone County, Minnesota. The monument covers approximately 115.86 acres and has a detailed boundary described by compass directions and distances; it does not include a 0.47-acre railroad right‑of‑way. The National Park Service, under the Secretary of the Interior, must manage, protect, and develop the monument under the National Park Service Act of August 25, 1916, as changed. The right to quarry red pipestone on these lands is reserved for Indians of all tribes, under rules the Secretary of the Interior will make.
