§4504 Administrative Provisions

Summary
The Secretary must coordinate any work done outside the United States under this law with other federal officials, departments, agencies, and international groups when the President requires it. The Secretary may give help the Secretary thinks is needed to carry out the law. That help can include technical or financial aid, equipment, and use of facilities, and it can be provided free of charge.

(a)Coordination of activities
The Secretary shall coordinate all activities outside of the United States under this chapter with other Federal officials, departments, agencies, and international organizations, as the President may require.
(b)Assistance
The Secretary may provide assistance, as determined appropriate by the Secretary to carry out this chapter, including technical and financial assistance, equipment, and facilities without reimbursement.
