The Secretary must coordinate overseas work for this law with other federal offices and international groups when the President asks. The Secretary may give free help the Secretary thinks needed to carry out the law, such as money, technical support, equipment, or facilities.

(a)The Secretary shall coordinate all activities outside of the United States under this chapter with other Federal officials, departments, agencies, and international organizations, as the President may require.
(b)The Secretary may provide assistance, as determined appropriate by the Secretary to carry out this chapter, including technical and financial assistance, equipment, and facilities without reimbursement.
