The Secretary of the Interior may maintain a museum about George Washington Carver and other national or patriotic items, and may accept donations for the museum on behalf of the United States. The Secretary may also build roads and put up monuments, tablets, or other markers at points of interest inside the George Washington Carver National Monument.
