Summary
The Secretary of the Interior can get non‑Federal land and land rights inside the revised boundaries if he thinks it benefits the public. He may use any method he finds appropriate to acquire those lands or rights.

The Secretary of the Interior may acquire in such manner as he may consider to be in the public interest the non-Federal lands and interests in lands within the revised boundaries.
