Allows the Secretary of the Interior to accept donations when the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe or the Grand Portage Band give up all rights to certain trust lands held for them. The tribes’ leaders may sign those releases. Once accepted, those lands become part of Grand Portage National Monument, and the Secretary must honor any existing life assignments on the properties.
