Gives two pieces of federal land in the village of Hatteras, Dare County, North Carolina, with GSA control numbers T–NC–442 (0.43 acre) and C–NC–444 (1.5 acres), to the Department of the Interior. No money will change hands. The General Services Administration’s Administrator will decide the exact boundaries. The land will be managed as part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreational Area and must follow the laws and rules that apply there.
