The Secretary of the Interior must, as soon as possible after December 28, 2000, acquire by donation, by purchase using donated or appropriated money, or by exchange all rights to the land shown on the map titled "Dillonwood" (map no. 102/80,044, dated September 1999) and add it to Sequoia National Park, California. Once acquired, the Interior must change the park boundary and manage the land as part of the park under the law, and the Secretary of Agriculture must remove the land from Sequoia National Forest boundaries.
