Title 16 › Chapter 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter XC— CUYAHOGA VALLEY NATIONAL PARK › § 460ff–2
The Secretary must, within one year after December 27, 1974, send a written plan to the Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs and to the Committees on Appropriations of the United States Congress. The plan must name lands needed to protect and let the public enjoy the park, list lands already acquired (by purchase, donation, exchange, or transfer), and give a recommended acquisition program with funding for the next five fiscal years. Congress intends the Secretary should substantially complete the land acquisition program under this subchapter within six years after December 27, 1974.
