The United States will hold about 132 acres of federal land shown on the map as "Lone Pine Paiute-Shoshone Reservation Addition" in trust for the Tribe after a boundary survey is finished. The Secretary must finish that survey within 180 days after March 12, 2019. That land will become part of the Tribe’s reservation but stays subject to any easements, covenants, restrictions, withdrawals, or other recorded matters that existed on March 12, 2019. The 250-foot-wide right-of-way for the Los Angeles Aqueduct (granted to the City of Los Angeles by the Act of June 30, 1906 (34 Stat. 801, ch. 3926)) will not be taken into trust. The land placed in trust under this law cannot be used for gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
