Creates the Chickasaw National Recreation Area for public use at Arbuckle Reservoir, to protect nearby scenic, scientific, natural, and historic places, and to honor the Chickasaw Indian Nation. The area is shown on map No. 107–20004–A (dated February 1974) on file at the National Park Service. The Secretary of the Interior can change the boundaries by publishing a map or description in the Federal Register, but the total area must not exceed 10,000 acres.
