As soon as possible after October 11, 1978, the Secretary must file a map and a legal description of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area and the Arapaho National Recreation Area with the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs. That description is treated like part of the law, but simple clerical or typing errors may be fixed. The July 1978 map and the filed map must be kept on file and available for public inspection at the Chief of the Forest Service’s office in the Department of Agriculture.
