Designates approximately 33,000 acres inside the Rattlesnake National Recreation Area as wilderness called the Rattlesnake Wilderness. The boundary is shown on a map titled "Rattlesnake National Recreation Area and Wilderness—Proposed" dated October 1, 1980. Existing legal rights are preserved. The Secretary of Agriculture must manage the Rattlesnake Wilderness under the rules of the Wilderness Act, and any reference to that Act’s effective date is to be read as the effective date of this subchapter.
