As soon as possible after October 19, 1980, maps and legal descriptions of the Rattlesnake National Recreational Area and the Rattlesnake Wilderness must be filed with the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs and the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. Those filed maps and descriptions have the same legal effect as if they were written into the law, but clerical or typographical mistakes in them may be fixed.
