The Secretary must charge reasonable fees, after talking with the Advisory Board and under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6801 et seq.), for admission, use of specific places, or activities inside the Recreation Area. When deciding whether to charge a fee, the Secretary can compare how much it costs to collect the fee with how much money the fee would bring in. No general entrance fees are allowed anywhere in the Recreation Area.
