§460ooo–7 Reports to Congress

Summary

The Secretary must send Congress, no later than 2 years after December 6, 2000, a report on the best ways to protect lands north of the Acquisition Planning District (including Rincon Valley, Colossal Cave, and the Agua Verde Creek corridor north of Interstate 10) so they link to Saguaro National Park and the Rincon Mountains and support local conservation priorities. The Secretary must also send Congress, no later than 5 years after December 6, 2000, and at least every 10 years after that, a report on how this part of the law is being carried out, the condition of the Conservation Area’s resources and values, and progress toward the purposes in section 460ooo–3(a).
