The Secretary can buy only the land rights needed to make sure people can reach the banks of the Little Calumet River within fifty feet north and fifty feet south of the river’s centerline at the spot labeled “Crossing A” on map number 626–91007. The Secretary can buy only the land rights needed to make sure people can reach the banks of the Little Calumet River and Salt Creek within fifty feet on either side of the centerlines at the spots labeled “Crossing B” and “Crossing C” on the map dated October 1986 numbered 626–80,033–B.
