§460u–16 Road Construction Cooperative Agreements with Landowners North of Little Calumet River; Prevention of Soil Erosion; Minimization of Aural and Visual Impact

Summary

The Secretary must make a cooperative agreement with the owner of the lands north of the Little Calumet River between the Penn Central Railroad bridge in area II–E and “Crossing A” in area IV–C on the map dated October 1976 and numbered 626–9100.11. The agreement must require that any road the owner builds south of United States Route 12 there include grading, landscaping, and plantings to stop soil erosion and to reduce noise and visual impacts as seen from the Little Calumet River.
