On or after June 13, 1939, patents in Bonito River headwaters, Lincoln Forest, N.M., give minerals and allow cutting mature timber needed to get them if done under adjoining national-forest rules. Patents keep U.S. surface ownership; no surface use beyond reasonable mining or prospecting is allowed except under Dept. of Agriculture rules.
