Title 16 › Chapter 70— NORTH PACIFIC ANADROMOUS STOCKS CONVENTION › § 5007
Federal agencies can help the Commission when it asks. They may take part in scientific work and other activities and may provide buildings, equipment, and staff. The Commission can pay them back, and the agencies may accept that payment. Under the Convention and this chapter, the Secretary of Commerce can arrange cooperation with federal and state agencies, private groups, and agencies of any Party’s government to run these programs. The Secretary may sign written agreements to record those arrangements.
