Title 16 › Chapter 2— NATIONAL FORESTS › Subchapter I— ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION › § 539l–2
Establish a trailhead and related facilities to manage use of National Forest lands near the Fall River basin south of Alice Township and St. Mary’s Glacier in Colorado. The work must include trailhead parking, public restrooms, and trailhead and trail maintenance. The Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest Supervisor must assign Forest Service staff to manage and oversee the area. The Supervisor must meet with Clear Creek County commissioners and local residents to pick facility locations and plan for emergency vehicle access, public health, and resident access. After those meetings, the Supervisor must send a report to the House Committees on Resources and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Energy and Natural Resources and Appropriations about any extra funding needed.
