Title 16 › Chapter 76— NORTHWEST ATLANTIC FISHERIES CONVENTION › § 5603
The Secretary of State can act for the United States in dealing with the Organization and its parts. They can receive and send reports and requests, object to or withdraw objections to Commission proposals or amendments, give or withdraw notices that the U.S. will not be bound by a Commission measure (under Articles XIV and XV), and either handle or refer other communications.
