Title 16 › Chapter 3C— WATER CONSERVATION › Subchapter II— CONSERVATION AND UTILIZATION PROJECTS › § 590z–8
Gives the Secretary of the Interior the same power to use United States lands for these projects that he has for projects under the Federal Reclamation laws, except for lands acquired under section 590z–3. He also has the same authority over construction and supply contracts and over buying, exchanging, selling, and relocating lands, land interests, water rights, and other property, including the power to acquire titles and approve prices.
