Title 16 › Chapter 80— NEOTROPICAL MIGRATORY BIRD CONSERVATION › § 6108
A Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Fund is set up in the U.S. Treasury. The Fund holds donations and any other money Congress puts into it. The Secretary must send donations to the Treasury to be put in the Fund. The Secretary can use Fund money to carry out the program without another appropriation. Each fiscal year up to 3 percent of the Fund, or $100,000 (whichever is greater), may be spent for administrative costs.
