Title 16 › Chapter 83— CORAL REEF CONSERVATION › § 6413
The Administrator must send a report no later than 2 years after December 23, 2022, and every 2 years after that. The report covers the chapter’s administration for the two years before it is sent. It must describe actions taken to carry out the National Coral Reef Resilience Strategy, list all funds obligated under the chapter, and give a state-by-state summary of federal and non-federal contributions to each project or activity paid fully or partly under the chapter. The report goes to these committees: in the Senate — Commerce, Science, and Transportation; Environment and Public Works; Energy and Natural Resources; and Appropriations. In the House — Natural Resources and Appropriations.
