Adds certain lands from the Jackson Hole National Monument to the National Elk Refuge. Those lands must be managed under the refuge’s laws. The areas total 6,376 acres and are in these places: Township 42 North, Range 116 West (parts of sections 24, 25, 26, 35 east of U.S. Highway 187 and south/east of the Gros Ventre River); Township 42 North, Range 115 West (parts of sections 8–10 and 17–19 south/east of the river; section 20; NW quarter of section 29; north half of section 30); and the part of Township 41 North, Range 116 West now in the monument except the portion of section 2 west of Highway 187.
