§673b National Elk Refuge in Wyoming

Summary

Adds certain lands from the Jackson Hole National Monument to the National Elk Refuge. The parcels are in the sixth principal meridian in three townships: parts of sections 24–26 and 35 in Township 42N, Range 116W; parts of sections 8–10, 17–20, the NW quarter of 29, and the north half of 30 in Township 42N, Range 115W; and the monument lands in Township 41N, Range 116W except the part of section 2 west of the east right‑of‑way of U.S. Highway 187. Many of these parts are defined by being east of Highway 187 or south and east of the Gros Ventre River. The total area is 6,376 acres, more or less, and the land must be managed like the rest of the National Elk Refuge.
