Title 16 › Chapter 6— GAME AND BIRD PRESERVES; PROTECTION › § 690d
You must not take, hurt, or bother any bird, or its nest or eggs, or cut, burn, or remove grass or other natural growth on land obtained under sections 690 to 690i. You must not damage signs, fences, dikes, ditches, dams, spillways, or other U.S. property there. Entry or use is allowed only under rules the Secretary of the Interior makes, and at least 60 percent of the refuge must always be kept as an untouched sanctuary for migratory birds.
