Title 16 › Chapter 9— FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE › § 742k
The Secretary of the Interior may manage or get rid of any vessel, plant, or other property the Department got because of fishery loans or related fishery activities. He can finish, fix up, run, lease, transfer, or sell those items on terms he thinks are best for the United States, even if other laws say otherwise. He may use the available funds for each case, including money from the fishery loan fund, to do this.
