§758e–1a Cooperative Program for Development of Tuna and Other Latent Fishery Resources in Area; Establishment; Availability of Project Information

Summary

The Secretary, after talking with representatives of all interested member nations and the parties listed in section 758e–1, may set up under section 758e a cooperative program to develop tuna and other unused fish resources in the Central, Western, and South Pacific Ocean. The plan must be sent to the President and Congress within one year after the agency is officially formed, and the Secretary must share the results of any research or development done under sections 758e through 758e–5 with all interested member nations.
