United States gets full ownership and can take immediate possession of the land and all down tree personal property shown as "Proposed Additions" on the map titled "Additional Lands, Redwood National Park, California," No. 167–80005–D (dated March 1978). That ownership starts on March 27, 1978, and another part of the Act also applies to that date. Money authorized for fiscal year 1978 and succeeding fiscal years may be spent as needed to buy those lands and property.
