The Secretary of the Interior can accept gifts of land and other property inside the park, and money to buy or care for them. The title to donated land must be acceptable to the Secretary. He may buy needed tracts at prices he finds reasonable, or if he cannot, take them under section 3113 of title 40 to finish the park. He may not take land owned by the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities (a Virginia corporation) or by the city of Williamsburg, except he may take a right-of-way through Williamsburg up to 200 feet wide to connect roads or parkways to Jamestown and Yorktown.
