The Secretary of the Interior must give full control of a small piece of land in Colonial National Historical Park at Yorktown, Virginia, to the Secretary of the Navy. The tract begins at a fence corner about 765 feet southeast of the marine barracks gate and is defined by a series of compass bearings and measured distances from that point. It contains 621/1000 of an acre (0.621 acre), more or less.
