§90d–3 Administration of Areas Designated for Public Use Facilities or for Administrative Purposes by Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture; Plan for Construction of Such Facilities

Summary

Within two years from October 2, 1968, the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture must agree on which parts of the park, nearby recreation areas, or adjacent national forests are needed for public-use facilities or for each Department’s administrative purposes. Those chosen areas must be run in a way both Secretaries accept. Public-use facilities, like interpretive centers, visitor contact stations, lodges, campsites, and ski lifts, must be built under a plan the two Secretaries agree to.
