Within two years from October 2, 1968, the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture must pick parts of the park, nearby recreation areas, or adjoining national forests to use for public facilities and for their administrative needs. They must run those areas together and build visitor facilities (for example, interpretive centers, lodges, campsites, and ski lifts) only under a plan both Secretaries agree on.
