Title 16 › Chapter 1— NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter XI— MOUNT RAINIER NATIONAL PARK › § 92
Give the Secretary of the Interior full control of Mount Rainier National Park. He must quickly make and publish rules to care for and manage the park. The rules must protect trees, minerals, and natural wonders and keep them in their natural state. The Secretary can allow small parcels for visitor buildings and must spend money from leases and other park income on park management and on building roads and bridle paths. He may also allow rail or tram rights‑of‑way through the adjoining Pacific National Forest and into the park under rules he sets. The Secretary must stop needless killing or taking of fish and wildlife for sale or profit. He must remove people who trespass after the passage of sections 91, 92, and 93 and may take any needed steps to carry out those laws.
