Title 16 › Chapter 16— TUNA CONVENTIONS › § 958
The Secretary of State can ask the U.S. Commissioners to compare the commissions’ yearly programs with those of other agencies and, if the agencies agree, set up joint work. Federal agencies may help the commissions when asked by lending staff or facilities. The commissions can also give staff and facilities to non‑Federal agencies to speed research that supports the conventions’ purposes.
