Title 16 › Chapter 16C— SOUTH PACIFIC TUNA FISHING › § 973r
Money may be provided for fiscal years 1992 through 2002 as needed to carry out the Treaty and this chapter. Each year up to $350,000 may be given to the Department of Commerce for administrative costs, and up to $50,000 may be given to the Department of State for administrative costs. Money for the Treaty may be used even if the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 or any other appropriations law would otherwise limit or block cash transfer help that conflicts with the Treaty.
