§1315 Publication of Announcements and Indexes

Summary

The Administrator must make public lists and indexes of registered designs and of any that are canceled. The Administrator can also offer the drawings or other pictures of those registered designs for sale or other distribution. The Administrator must keep a file of the drawings or pictures of registered designs. The public may use that file under rules the Administrator sets.
