Title 18 › Part I— CRIMES › Chapter 53— INDIANS › § 1155
It is a crime to make, sell, give away, supply, or bring any alcoholic or other intoxicating drink onto land in the former Indian country that has an Indian school run or supervised by the U.S. government, or to be involved in those activities. Exceptions are for scientific, sacramental, medicinal, or mechanical uses. A person who does this can be fined, jailed for up to five years, or both.
