Title 18 › Part I— CRIMES › Chapter 59— LIQUOR TRAFFIC › § 1264
Makes it a crime for a worker or agent of a railroad, express, or other carrier to knowingly give shipped alcoholic beverages to anyone other than the person named to receive them, unless the real recipient has given a written order. Giving the shipment to a made-up person or to someone using a fake name is also illegal. A person who does this may be fined or jailed for up to one year, or both.
