It makes it a crime to picket, parade, or hold demonstrations (including using sound trucks) near a U.S. courthouse or near the homes or workplaces of judges, jurors, witnesses, or court officers when done to interfere with court business or to influence those people. Penalty: fined under federal law, jailed up to one year, or both. Courts can still punish contempt.
