It is illegal to willfully use the mail to send or deliver sexually oriented advertisements in ways that violate section 3010 of title 39 or the postal rules made under that section. It is also illegal to sell, rent, lend, exchange, license, or use a mailing list the Board of Governors keeps under that section, except when section 3010 expressly allows it. "Sexually oriented advertisement" has the same meaning given in section 3010(d) of title 39.
