Makes it a crime to intentionally take or electronically send a picture or video of someone’s private body parts without their consent, when that person reasonably expects privacy, in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States. The penalty can be a fine, up to one year in jail, or both. It defines "capture" (recording), "broadcast" (electronic sending), "private area" (genitals, pubic area, buttocks, female breast), and "reasonable expectation of privacy" (expecting to undress or not be seen). Lawful law enforcement, correctional, and intelligence activities are allowed.
