Title 18 › Part I— CRIMES › Chapter 93— PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES › § 1903
Anyone who, while serving in an official role running federal crop insurance laws or the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation, tries to profit by buying, selling, or trading farm commodities covered by those laws, related contracts, or stock in companies that handle those products, can be punished. They may be fined, jailed for up to two years, or both.
