Title 18 › Part I— CRIMES › Chapter 105— SABOTAGE › § 2154
During a war or a national emergency declared by the President or Congress, anyone who on purpose, or who should have known their act might, makes or tries to make weapons, military buildings, utilities, or the tools used to make them in a faulty way to hurt, block, or interfere with the United States or any allied nation’s war or defense efforts can be fined, jailed for up to 30 years, or both. If two or more people plan this crime and any one of them takes a step to carry it out, everyone who joined the plan can get the same punishment.
