The Harmonized Tariff Schedule is not printed in the U.S. Code. The United States International Trade Commission keeps an updated version and posts it on its website. You can buy printed copies from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Publishing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. Any law that mentions the old "Tariff Schedules of the United States" or similar names counts as referring to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (see section 3012 of this title).
