The Harmonized Tariff Schedule is not printed in the U.S. Code. The United States International Trade Commission keeps and updates the current schedule, posts it on its website, and copies are sold by the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Publishing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. When a law mentions “Tariff Schedules of the United States” or similar names, it must be read as referring to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (see section 3012).
