No one may stop or try to stop a commission member or employee from doing their official work by force, threats, intimidation, or other means. No one may try to force or pressure them to make a certain decision or take an action about matters the commission handles. A person who breaks this can be fined up to $1,000, jailed up to one year, or both. "Person" here includes an individual (one person), a corporation (a company), an association (an organized group), a partnership, or any other organization or group of people.
